About Me

Danaë is an independent filmmaker based in Melbourne, Victoria.  She started her film journey acting, and performing in theatre and music very young age, and during her high school years she completed a Certificate III in Acting (Screen) at the Australian College of Dramatic Arts and quickly fell in love with the film industry.

In 2022 she completed her Honours in Film, Television and Animation at Deakin University with a Distinction average, working across writing, directing, producing, editing and production design / art department roles.  She now works as a supervising producer on the Deakin 3rd year bachelor film projects.

Danaë works across multiple areas of the film industry, and now has experience on shorts, music videos and feature films in a range of pre production, on set, and post production roles.
